- Protection class: IP40
- Protection class: IP54
- Only four screws in 1U 19-inch version; 8 screws in 2U and 3U, plugged-in cover plates.
- Degree of IP protection IP40, IP54 with EMC gaskets.
- EMC gasket set as an option.
- Extruded front panel, rear panel and side profiles in the highest precision at the limit of technical feasibility.
- Heights from 1U to 3U; 6 standard depths from 140 mm to 600 mm; Special widths and depths available on request.
- Surface outside natural anodized, passivated conductive internal surfaces, RoHS compliant.
- Colored sides with decor panels.
- Mounting plates vertically and horizontally.
- Individual processing by ourselves in express service.
- Maintenance-free cooling.
- Economically even in large series.
The profile enclosure series NTG consists of side profiles with integrated guiding grooves for installation of non standard components, mounting plates or PCB’s. Due to the easy design we are able to realize customized solutions within short delivery time.
The 1,5 mm aluminium-covers allow the integration of front foils or membrane keypads. The flat front profiles are suitable for mounting connectors or other components.
Features:
Front-, rear- and side-panels are made of aluminium extrusions. The Cover plates are made of 1,5 mm aluminium sheet.
Applications:
The profil enclosure is suitable for the integration of non standard components and PCB’s.
Surface:
The surfaces are natural or black anodized. Other colors are avaiable on request.

Disassembled, incl. all fasteners.
